gestione l\u2019utente riceve due notifiche automatiche:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>la prima \u00e8 relativa al corretto invio della richiesta e viene inviata nel momento in cui viene creato il ticket (Richiesta inviata)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>la seconda viene inviata solo dopo la presa in gestione della richiesta (Richiesta aperta)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-heading\">Modifiche parametri del ticket<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Con la presa in gestione vengono modificati automaticamente i seguenti parametri:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Stato<\/strong>: da nuovo ad aperto;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>In gestione<\/strong>: da libero a preso in gestione;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Operatore<\/strong>: da undefined owner al nome dell\u2019operatore;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Responsabile<\/strong>: da undefined owner al nome dell\u2019operatore.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image ticket<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>SITUAZIONE<\/strong>: ho preso in gestione il ticket ma mi accorgo di non poterlo gestire, magari per mancanza di tempo.<br>Posso rilasciare il ticket cliccando su <strong>Rilascia<\/strong>: in questo modo la presa in gestione viene annullata, l&#8217;operatore del ticket torna ad essere <strong>undefined owner<\/strong>, il ticket torna ad essere <strong>libero <\/strong>e potr\u00e0 essere preso in gestione da un altro operatore della stessa coda. <br><br><strong>ATTENZIONE<\/strong>: il ticket rilasciato resta nello stato <strong>aperto<\/strong>, non torna tra i ticket nuovi: gli operatori della stessa coda, lo ritroveranno nel cruscotto tra i ticket aperti (<em>se non hanno attive le notifiche non riceveranno alcuna mail di notifica<\/em>). <br>L&#8217;<strong>operatore<\/strong> e il responsabile del ticket rilasciato diventano undefined owner<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img d&#8217;uso<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>se l&#8217;operatore va in ferie e rilascia il ticket un collega (un responsabile o uno stessso livello) abilitato sulla stessa coda, pu\u00f2 aggiungersi come responsabile per ricevere interazioni dell&#8217;utente e gestire nel caso sia urgente. l&#8217;aggiunta del solo responsabile (vedi paragrafo seguente) non blocca il ticket finch\u00e8 qualcuno non lo prende in gestione<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cambio operatore e responsabile<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Operatore e responsabile possono essere successivamente modificati: pu\u00f2 essere utile nel caso in cui un operatore non riesca a gestire la richiesta in un tempo ragionevole, lasciando in sospeso delle richieste.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Operatore e responsabile spesso coincidono, ma se differiscono, a fronte di un nuovo evento nel ticket, vengono avvisati entrambi con una mail di
