style=\"flex-basis:100%\">\n<p>L\u2019<strong>oggetto della nota<\/strong> pu\u00f2 essere modificato per precisare meglio il contenuto del testo della nota stessa, esattamente come avviene quando scriviamo l\u2019oggetto di una mail.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading alignwide\">Esempi d&#8217;uso<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns alignwide is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:100%\">\n<p>Come accennato sopra, potr\u00f2 inserire una nota all\u2019interno di un ticket per riportare in essa alcune informazioni utili ai fini della risoluzione della richiesta di assistenza; pu\u00f2 essere che debba approfondire con terzi prima di poter chiudere il ticket e quindi utilizzo la nota come promemoria.<br>O ancora pu\u00f2 essere che debba \u201cpassare\u201d il ticket a un altro operatore (perch\u00e9 mi assenter\u00f2, perch\u00e9 \u00e8 pi\u00f9 esperto di me in merito a quella determinata problematica\u2026): prima di effettuare il cambio operatore, posso riassumere quanto fatto per quel ticket, inserendo una nota.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading alignwide\">Visibilit\u00e0 della nota al cliente<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns alignwide is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:100%\">\n<p>Di default la nota non \u00e8 visibile al cliente, perch\u00e9 di fatto l\u2019aggiunta di una nota \u00e8 una funzionalit\u00e0 utile principalmente agli operatori per la risoluzione del problema segnalato.<br>Se lo si ritiene necessario, si pu\u00f2 valorizzare l&#8217;opzione &#8220;E&#8217; visibile per il cliente&#8221;: in tal modo l\u2019utente la vedr\u00e0
